DISASSEMBLY & CHEMICAL CLEANING

Our disassembly and chemical cleaning department ensures that all components and ancillary engine parts are free from oil, carbon, paint and all other foreign materials and liquids to enable detailed survey and inspection of all iron and hardware components.

Processes include:

• Caustic bath

• Alloy hot tank

• Glass bead blasting

• Ultrasonic bath

• Soda blasting

• High pressure spin washing

• Pressure washing

• Grit blasting

Upon the completion of reconditioning, all components are thoroughly cleaned once again in order to achieve contaminant free assembly, installation and/or dispatch.
